- The pre-determined key performance indicators (KPI’s) are produced by the system ready for reconciliation.
- These KPI’s form the foundation for the final published data.
Reconciliation & Publish Module (RPM):
- Reasonability & validation checks undertaken.
- Period & parameter checks undertaken.
- Anomalies addressed with client and adjustments made.
- After a vigorous reconciliation process the performance reporting and benchmarking outcomes are ready for publish.
- Data is uploaded to the Internet or Intranet ready for clients to view.
Report Generation Module (RGM):
- Users can access the published data online via the internet using a unique and secure password.
- The reporting output includes tables, charts, trends, scorecards, automated executive summary reports and multiple dynamic query databases.
- Reports can be filtered by interchangeable reporting criteria classifications. This function allows users to build reports based on their own selected criteria (e.g. revenue level, geographical location, operation classification, number of employees etc).
- Reporting results can be viewed against multiple performance bands (e.g. My Site versus the Low 25%, Mid 50% and Top 25% of performers).
