"I have used your Gaming data since October 2004 which provides factual evidence to base purchasing decisions upon and also provides a comparative analysis of our gaming floor with other major clubs around NSW, QLD and the ACT. Our gaming revenue has continued to increase substantially each year.
Because we are a medium sized bowling club, I thought I could not justify the cost of your financial package until January this year when you showed me the results of our trading when compared to other clubs. This clearly indicated to me we were losing at least $100,000 p/a on our Bar Net Profits which was illustrated in your Bar Overheads graph. We have subscribed to both your Financial and Gaming packages since then and I am pleased to advise our Bar Net Profit has improved by at least $15,000 each month, clearly confirming your data analysis for January. Obviously my decision not to include your Financial package in October 2004 was not cost-effective.
