The first step is to discuss your information needs with our assessor and determine what datasets you would like to include in the analysis and reporting. We work closely with you to determine the best solution based on your time commitment, reporting needs and budget. Once agreed, we can start collecting your data as soon as it is convenient for you.
Service and Support
The Data Bureau is our premium support service. The Bureau’s dedicated team of professionals assist with day-to-day issues, as well as establishing add-on reporting and analysis that may be required over the short-term or long-term. This gives you the flexibility to change your reporting needs from time to time, or make special one-off requests as required.
The use of the Bureau service is subject to your product plan. But, even so, there is flexibility to use the Bureau if the need arises. Remember, we are always here to help; if something is in question, we’ll always let you know whether it’s covered by your Data Bureau support, so you don’t need to worry about whether to ask or not.
