The up/down arrows broadly highlight how customers or products have changed against the previous time period. Interactive features allow you to click through the graphs or the ranked items to see more details.

In this example, we show the Player Performance dashboard which helps you to identify customer behaviour and product preferences in gaming. You can interact with the ranking information to show individual customer profiles along with spend and visitation patterns over daily, weekly or monthly intervals.

Understand what products your customers prefer
You can have a more detailed view of what products your customers prefer by viewing the top games through the 'eyes' of your customers.
You can sort the data by denomination, manufacturer, strokes, wins, turnover and profit, and see an overall comparison compared to a previous time period.
By ranking and analysing the customers’ gaming and visitation patterns, finding out their preferred choice of denominations and manufacturers, and the diversity of games they like to play, you can design strategies to move the tired and passive customers to become inspired and motivated gamers who love to frequent your venue.
Follow demographic trends in age, gender & suburb
If you couple demographic data with customer activity information, you get powerful insight into customer behaviour that assists with developing effective targeted marketing campaigns. Coupled with demographic data and customer activity information, the EGM Performance dashboard provides powerful insight into the appeal of each product within your demographic mix. You can sort products by turnover, profit, ADT and see the overall player profile for selected ones. For example, check the performance of the Pretty Pigs bank of machines and see if they are predominantly played by your normal age and gender membership mix or whether the player demographic is skewed towards younger males who like to visit in the evenings. When you identify these different patterns, you can do more effective and targeted product marketing. From a product management point of view, when you purchase new product, your choices will be further defined by the demographic appeal of the product in question.
