Steve McRae (Chairman) has over 25 years experience in both the IT and Energy Industry sectors. His experience has been gained in both Australian and International marketplaces (UK, USA and NZ) where he has held CEO roles at an IT product development company (USA) and a large energy company (Australia). Steve has a special interest in the development and commercialisation process of both IT and complex retail product introductions including the market introduction phase.

Don Blair (Director) is a foundation Partner/Director of The LiTMUS Group with 25 years consulting experience (12.5 years as a partner in Ernst & Young) including international consulting experience in the UK and USA. Don has provided management advice to clients in a number of industries in Australia and overseas. He specialises in strategic management systems and the deployment of strategy including advising on information systems, performance improvement and change management programs. Don is a Chartered Accountant with degrees in commerce and computer science. He also attended the Senior Executive Program run by the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at North-western University in Chicago.

Andrew Perkins (Director) is a director of Contract Management Partners Pty Ltd, trading as CMP Economists.  CMP Economists specialise in economic analysis, forecasting and management across a number of industry sectors including resources, agribusiness, manufacturing and retail.

Mark Anderson (Director) holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. Mark is the Manager and founding partner of CMP Consulting Services Queensland with over fifteen year’s experience in marketing, research and strategic planning.  He has extensive experience in a wide range of industries, in particular hospitality, agriculture and transport. Mark is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has been active on a number of Boards.

Hugh Macintosh  (Director) is the Principal of IQ Agribusiness, a specialist economic, marketing and management advisory firm based in Brisbane, and a partner in CMP Business Indices.  He has completed projects for a range of private and public sector organisation over a consulting career spanning the last nine years. The projects include business and strategic planning, market research, economic impact assessment, feasibility assessment, group facilitation, business development.  Particular areas of research expertise include; Commercial feasibility assessment of projects, Business and strategic planning, Primary and secondary market research and market planning, Economic and Financial analysis and Operations analysis and improvement.

Greg Hurley (General Manager) has extensive senior management experience in the Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure Industry. Greg has over 10 years management experience within the Australian Licensed Club Industry. Greg has completed studies in Business Management and holds numerous other Industry based certifications. Greg is responsible for the sales and marketing function, product and process improvement, new product development and has overseen the day-to-day running of the company since early 2003.
