A new KPI within CDOL Classic has now been released, called EBITDA.
EBITDA is the metric used by financiers to calculate how much spare cash is available to service debt and will provide clubs with a must-have solution to assist with their financing applications.
Financial institutions will use EBITDA in establishing the financial strength of an organisation, as it includes Rent and Donations.
CDOL Classic still continues to report on EBITDARD, which is useful for peer comparisons of operational efficiency as it excludes rents and donations.
The new EBITDA indicator sits underneath the pre-existing EBITDARD indicator within the financial section.
